On 2 June 2019, Vietnam Recycles took part in the Green Living Festival 2019 organized by the HCMC Department of Natural Resources & Environment at Le Van Tam Park, District 1. The festival aims to celebrate the Month for Environment in the city in 2019, propagandize the sustainable consumerism and environmentally friendly lifestyle to all organizations and individuals in the community.

At the event, Vietnam Recycles organized 3 booths with many attractive activities related to e-waste such as:

• FAQ about e-waste
• Take photos and check-in with the mascot and photo props
• Coloring e-waste pictures for children
• 585kg of e-waste was collected
• Gifts in the event (Manual fans, Bamboo straws, Keychains, and Trees)

Vietnam Recycles’s booth activities attracted more than 1,500 participants and received many electronic devices from the attendees contributing to the program in response to the festival.
